For
your Dog: Our spacious, private indoor runs have quilted bedding changed daily (or as needed) and
provide ample room for exercise. Runs are double gated to
separate pets while the runs are being cleaned. Fresh
water is available 24 hours a day and soothing music is
piped throughout the kennel to make your dog's stay seem
like home. A daily report is kept on each pet monitoring
your dog's health, activity, attitude, food intake,
medication administered, and waste. Runs are climate
controlled year round at 68 deg - 72 deg. The entire
facility is protected by a central fire & security
alarm system. For a slight extra fee, your pet can have
special play times in our indoor
playroom or one of our outdoor
play yards
for B1,
for B2. We also have specialty
suites ( Daycare: Daycare is available M-F during normal business hours and includes a snack and one playtime. This is a very popular option for pets that do not do well when left alone for long periods. Daycare provides needed socialization for your pet. For
your Cat: Your cat will get special treatment in
our cat apartments located in our separate Cattery.
Apartments are triple stacked. Fresh water is available
24 hours a day and soothing music is piped throughout the
kennel to make your cat's stay seem like home. A daily
report is kept on each pet monitoring your cat's health,
activity, attitude, food intake, medication administered,
and waste. Runs are climate controlled year round at 68
deg - 72 deg. The entire facility is protected by a
central fire & security alarm system. We also have special
townhouse suites with special decor and multiple levels for your
special cat to explore.

WebCam Internet viewing of your special pet: As an added service for our customers we offer viewing of your pet in our specialty suites over the Internet with CyberPet. You can also schedule special playtimes in our indoor playroom and request Internet viewing with CyberPet. (Barkington I only.)
Geriatric Ward: Your elderly pets can stay in our special geriatric ward where the area is quieter and they can get extra monitoring and attention.
Food: We provide quality food for your pet unless you furnish a special diet. We have a kitchen area were we can warm and/or prepare special diets. We will be happy to purchase pet food to meet your special requirements at a nominal fee or feel free to package your own pet food, we will gladly provide the room service at no extra charge. If you provide your own pet food, it must be in a hard plastic container with a lid - no zip-lock plastic bags.
Medication: We will gladly administer heartworm preventative at no extra charge. There is a nominal fee for other medication administered.
Veterinary Care: Should your pet become ill, we will first contact your personal vet. If your vet is not available, one of our qualified on-call alternate vets will be consulted.
Reservations: We recommend you call ahead to ensure accommodations are available to meet you and your pet's boarding needs. Advanced reservations are especially recommended for weekends, during the summer months, and other peak use times of the year to guarantee accommodations. During Thanksgiving and Christmas we require a deposit. If you cancel we need a three-day notice for a full deposit refund.
Playtimes: Playtimes are one-on-one sessions with a
kennel attendant and tailored to whatever the dog (or its owners) wants to do.
It could be Frisbee throwing, ball fetching, cuddles, brushing or just enjoying
the outdoors. Playtimes are always supervised. Playtimes are also 1 dog or
family per outside run. If a family "plays" together the first dog pays full
price and the rest receive a 50% discount.

Playtime for both locations is $5 for 15 minutes and $9 for 30 minutes.
