Our Mission
Barkington Inn & Pet Resort's mission is to provide exceptional service, care, and safety to all of our guests - whether they have two paws or four!
As a member of the American Boarding Kennels Association (ABKA), Barkington Inn freely acknowledges and willingly accepts the serious responsibility involved in the care of your beloved pets. As a part of that responsibility, we maintain membership in ABKA and are committed to operate our kennel in accordance with the ABKA Bill of Rights for Boarded Pets.
Barkington Inn & Pet Resort has been accredited via ABKA's Voluntary Facilities Accreditation (VFA) program. This means we have brought our facilities into compliance with ABKA's "Standards of Excellence" required by the VFA program and have successfully completed an on-site evaluation by ABKA.
We have a professionally trained and certified staff that will cater to your pet's every need. All of our staff is committed to the ABKA Code of Ethical Conduct.
We require all of our guests to be flea free and current on vaccinations for your pets' protection.
